Aequus offers worldwide shipping. All collections are dispatched from our studio in Indonesia.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday) following payment confirmation.
• Each order is carefully inspected and hand-packed.
  Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
• Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)

• We work with trusted local carriers, including JNE, TIKI, RPX, POS Indonesia, J&T, Lion Parcel, Ninja Xpress, and SAP.
• Delivery Time: 2–5 business days
  Local Courier: Same-day or next-day delivery may be available depending on location
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on destination and logistics.

International Shipping

• International orders are fulfilled via our logistics partner.
• Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
• Duties & Taxes
  Orders shipped outside Indonesia may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Customs
  Aequus is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or additional charges imposed by the destination country.
