How do I place an order on aequusofficial.com?
- Select the product and size you want, then click 'Add to Cart'.
- Once you have finished shopping, click the shopping cart icon and select 'Checkout'.
- Fill in your complete shipping and contact information.
- Choose your preferred shipping and payment method.
- Complete the payment, and you will receive an order confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change details (such as the shipping address) or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Please note that orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

Where does Aequus ship to?
We currently ship to all regions within Indonesia. For international shipping, please contact our customer service team for more information regarding availability and shipping costs.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a notification email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the respective courier's website.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept size exchanges (subject to availability) or returns in the form of store credit. Returned products must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached—within a maximum of 7 days after the item is received. Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.
What should I do if I receive a wrong or defective product?
We apologize for the inconvenience. If you receive a product that does not match your order or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service immediately within 2x24 hours of receiving the item, and include a photo of the product. We will take full responsibility and provide the best solution for you, including a product exchange at no additional cost.
